Amethyst & Rudraksha Mala Beads
Rudraksha beads are considered a sacred gift from Lord Shiva. The name means “Tears of Rudra” (another name for Shiva).
For thousands of years, people have worn Rudraksha for their spiritual, healing, and protective powers. They are believed to keep away negativity and shield the wearer from harm.
Rudraksha also has natural energy. Many say it helps improve focus, memory, and mental strength. In Ayurveda, these beads are thought to support the heart and nervous system. They may even ease stress, anxiety, depression, and high blood pressure.
For spiritual seekers, Rudraksha is extra special. It’s said to speed up progress on the path and make rituals much more powerful.
The beads are often strung together into a mala, like a rosary. Malas are used to count mantras, prayers, or bows. They can also be made with stones, pearls, or wood.
