Or contact us and we will arrange the courier to pick it up. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment. If the item you receive is not damaged or defective but you simply change your mind about it or it doesn’t suit then you can return the item but at your own expense. We do not organise courier collection on items that are not damaged. Once we receive the item in perfect condition then we will issue a refund via the original method of payment.
